Fundraisers At YC'sGot a great cause? Want to raise some money for it? Then check out Yc's Fundraisers — an exciting and enjoyable way to support nonprofit programs. Yc's helps you plan your fundraiser and make it a success, with sharp-looking flyers and, of course,terrific, mongolian inspired menu items. Best of all, Yc's will donate 20% of total sales right back to your group! With great food and good times, Yc's makes sure your fundraiser starts with FUN. I am ready to throw a YC's Fundraiser. What happens now? Fill out the Mongolian Fundraiser reservation form online, including date, time and location(s). You'll need your organization's Tax I.D. number. We'll send you an e-mail confirmation for your event along with a customized Mongolian Fundraiser flyer. Be sure to e-mail or hand out flyers to everyone you know (and even a few people you don't). Guests at your fundraiser must bring the flyers with them to YC's in order for your organization to get credit for their purchases. Your charitable organization will earn 20% of each sale when your flyer is presented to our cashier on the night of the event! So not only are you making people happy, you're also making money for your organization. Your big fundraiser check will be issued 4-6 weeks after the event. What kinds of organizations qualify to hold a YC's Fundraiser? Charitable organizations that are recognized by the government as tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. How does my organization earn money from this program? 20% of all sales (pre-tax) brought in by your fundraiser will be donated directly to your organization. A check will be issued 4-6 weeks after your event. Gift card purchases not applicable toward fundraiser sales. When can we hold our event? Fill out the online request form and a YC's representative will contact you shortly to confirm a date. We suggest Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday evenings between 4-8 pm. Where can we hold our event? Host your fundraiser at any of our 5 locations. How does this work? You publicize your event ahead of time, by handing out customized flyers in person as well as via email. People attending your fundraiser bring their flyers with them, and present them to the cashier when ordering. Participating Fundraiser guests are required to present a valid fundraiser flyer with each order to receive credit for the fundraiser. Guests may receive credit for their meals whether they dine in, or take food to go Please note: Flyers may not be distributed inside YC's, within 100 yards of YC's, or in the YC 's parking lot before or during your event. After your fundraiser When can I expect to receive my check? Your fundraiser check will be issued 4-6 weeks after your event. If it has been more than 6 weeks since your event and you still have not received a check, please contact Geoff Stanisic at 602-818-5884. How much money did my organization make at our fundraiser? Please allow us three days after your event. We will e-mail you with your results. |
